The SURETHERM 30X is the high-capacity bench model in TM Induction Heating’s professional SURETHERM series, built for controlled heating of larger bearings, gears, and similar ring-shaped parts. With more power and a larger working area, it delivers reliable, tension-free heating for parts up to 200 kg and supports bigger diameters for demanding jobs.
Key functions include dual-sensor heating and ramp mode for precise, repeatable thermal control. The unit features an industrial touchscreen interface for easy setup, real-time monitoring, and heating graph display. Data export via USB is available for documentation, and firmware updates are supported across the product’s life cycle.
Designed for heavy workshop use and production environments, the SURETHERM 30X combines capacity with efficient handling. Pivoting yokes and adjustable supports help position larger components with less effort, making it a practical choice when you need high performance, process control, and repeatability on larger workpieces.
The following yokes are included with SURETHERM 30X:
70 x 70. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. Two magnetic temperature sensors with a length of 500 mm are included as well.
