Founded in 1992
TM Induction Heating was founded by Tim and Marjanne Loedeman in 1992 and steadily developed as a dedicated small champion in innovative induction heating technology. Over 30 years of dedication, hard work and experience has resulted in a high-quality product portfolio of standard heaters as well as tailor-made and custom-built induction heaters. These allow our customers to safely, (energy-) efficiently and highly controlled apply shrink-fit assembly & disassembly to workpieces like bearings, gears, electric motors, impellers and large waltz rolls. Over 50.000 induction heaters have been sold worldwide and many are still in use today as durability was and still is an important design requirement. The global market is served both directly and through a network of distributors and OEMs with long-term collaborations  

A new chapter with Include Industries started in 2024
In October 2024, TM Induction Heating transitioned from a family-owned business to become part of Include Industries, a strategic group of small industrial champions that accelerates the growth of high-potential businesses. Include Industries specializes in acquiring and developing strong, innovative companies while preserving their legacy and ensuring continuity for their teams. Unlike private equity firms, Include Industries focuses on long-term ownership, value creation and sustainable growth, positioning TM Induction Heating for continued success in a competitive global market. Leadership of TM will continue to be in the capable hands of Rik van Dijk who has been responsible for operations for most of the company’s existence and he is joined by Martijn Akkermans as the company’s new commercial director. Together they embarked on a new journey fuelling the company for growth to sustain the legacy: TM, the induction innovators.
