The SURETHERM PRO 6X is the flagship model in TM Induction Heating’s SURETHERM range, built for controlled heating of extremely large bearings, gears, and ring-shaped components. It is designed for the highest capacity applications, delivering reliable, tension-free heating for parts up to 1600 kg in heavy industrial environments.
Key functions include dual-sensor operation and ramp mode, supporting precise thermal control and repeatable cycles on large, high-mass workpieces. The industrial touchscreen provides easy setup, real-time monitoring, and comprehensive cycle graph display. Data export via USB supports documentation and traceability, with firmware updates supported across the product’s life cycle.
Designed for the most demanding production and maintenance use cases, the SURETHERM PRO 6X focuses on safe handling and controlled performance at scale. Its large working area supports oversized components, and optional accessories can be used to improve handling of heavy parts when reliability, repeatability, and operator safety are priorities.
The following yokes are included with SURETHERM PRO 6X: 150 x 150. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. Two magnetic temperature sensors with a length of 1500 mm are included as well.
