2 SENSOR TECHNOLOGY.
Stress-free heating is crucial to prevent material and mechanical tensions. Extreme tensions can damage a bearing or gear irreversibly and result in disfunction, breakdown, shorter lifespan of the specific part or even worse, the entire application. TM invented the 2-Sensor Technology and brought this to market first, to guarantee a fully controlled heating process.
EASYTHERM SERIES.
Portable multi-frequency induction heater delivering precise, flameless heat with programmable temperature control built for daily on-site and workshop jobs.
SURETHERM SERIES.
Advanced heaters that heat uniformly and demagnetize automatically, with controlled temperature ramps for fast, repeatable shrink-fit installations. This series can heat workpieces ranging from 1 to 1600 kg.
EXTRATHERM SERIES.
Compact mid-frequency heater that frees fixed parts and components in seconds—clean, targeted heat anywhere without flames or mess. Can be supplied with various flexible or custom coils.
PROTHERM SERIES.
Fully custom-built induction heating systems, individually designed for your specific workpiece, process and production environment. Each PROTHERM system is engineered and built in-house.
