The EXTRATHERM 01A is the compact entry-level generator in TM Induction Heating’s EXTRATHERM range, delivering 1 to 2 kW of mid-frequency output. Designed for use with air-cooled inductors, it combines reliable heating capacity with a portable form factor.
Using a Flexible Inductor, it is possible to heat components with different shapes and sizes. A Fixed Inductor can be designed for specific, repeatable production applications. The unit features dual-sensor operation for tension-free heating and a multi-segment temperature profile mode.
Optional Modbus RTU/TCP-IP or Profinet connectivity enables integration into industrial control systems. The EXTRATHERM 01A can be supplied with various flexible or custom air cooled coils to match your application.
