EXTRATHERM SERIES.

An appealing characteristic of induction heating is the ability to heat only the area that needs expansion. This is ideal when heating the entire part is unnecessary or unwanted. EXTRATHERM mid frequency systems, in the 20 to 200 kHz range, deliver less heat penetration than low frequency induction heaters like SURETHERM and EASYTHERM, so you can focus heat where it matters. Can be supplied with various flexible or custom coils.

Our EXTRATHERM systems are designed for production lines that need fast, repeatable heating on specific zones before the next assembly step. You can integrate EXTRATHERM into an existing line with purpose-built inductors and straightforward control, so you reduce cycle time, limit heat impact on the rest of the part, and keep quality consistent.

FLEXIBLE INDUCTOR

Heat fixed parts and components in seconds with a flexible coil that adapts to your workpiece. The flexible inductor wraps around bearings, gears, couplings or any geometry — delivering targeted induction heat without flames or mess.

Beyond the standard range, TM designs custom coils tailored to your workpiece. From simple pancake coils to complex multi-turn shapes, we engineer and build the right inductor for your production line — in-house, tested and ready to integrate.

EXTRA SENSOR

Add a second temperature sensor to monitor heat distribution across your workpiece. The extra sensor lets EXTRATHERM track two zones simultaneously — ideal for larger parts or critical applications where even heating matters.

DISPLAY

Operate EXTRATHERM through an intuitive touch display and dedicated rotary knob. Switch between Temperature, Time, Power and Settings modes in one touch — readings, status and warnings stay visible at a glance.
